How is the AI trained?

Our AI is trained using the same data you use to train your human customer support agents. The same documentation that has information about your products, terms and conditions, and organizational policies that human agents use to respond to your customers, are the same documents that the our AI will use to respond to your customers.

How does the AI do the work like human agent?

All major global languages. For Kenya, it understands Kiswahili quite well, and even some good amounts of Sheng. But it will struggle with local vernacular languages.
